DimDim - Yet another remote meeting option, except DimDim requires no separate downloads for attendees AND it's free.

ZamZar - An easy and free way to convert files without downloading additional software.

InstantConference - Reliable and free conferencing service. You'll receive a dedicated toll-free dial-in number and access code that never expires.

Zoho - Tons and tons of productivity, collaboration, and business apps.

Mozilla Firefox - Our number one alternative to the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Great features, add-ons, and speed.

Google Chrome - Another browser alternative. Great features such as dynamic tabs, instant bookmarks, and our favorite, crash control.

Typepad - An extremely affordable and simple way to set up a blog or website. Plus, unlike other blogging platforms, they provide 24/7 support.

Campfire - A great, free service for group chats; share text, files, and images.

Trillian - Do you have several different IM accounts? Combine them! Trillian is a stand-alone chat client which supports most IM platforms.

Backpack - An easy way to set up an intranet for yourself, family, or company. Extremely user-friendly.

OfficeZilla - Another useful project collaboration/intranet tool which has a ton of features such as calendars, file sharing, forums, and a knowledge base. Plus, it's totally free with no strings attached.

Smartsheet - A new task management and file sharing web app. One of our favorite features? Team members can act as contributors without ever setting up an account or logging in.

Basecamp - Managing a small or large project? This is a good online project collaboration tool.
